Panel of Experts

The Panel of Experts is an institute of the Foundation for Quality in Cleaning.

Purpose
The purpose of the Panel of Experts is to rule in matters regarding the use and operation of the VSR-QMS-system (NEN 2075), as a means to be conducive to settlements of conflicts.

Means
The panel has the following means at its disposal:
- a second opinion regarding a VSR-QMS-report, -inventory, or the compliance with VSR-QMS’s technical requirements regarding inspection and/or inventory.;
- a re-inventory based on the VSR-QMS (NEN 2075);
- an independent inspection (VSR-QMS) resulting in a binding advice, in the case where parties fail to agree on the quality of cleaning after earlier inspections.

Composition
The panel consists of experts that are all very experienced in the use of VSR-QMS and are in possession of a Level 4 diploma for the most recent version of VSR-QMS. The experts are appointed by the Foundation for Quality in Cleaning.

Regulations
To achieve the above mentioned goal regulations are drawn up.
